We provide tailored care solutions for more complex care needs throughout North Leeds and Wetherby. Some of the services we provide support with are Hoists, Peg Feeds, Feeding tubes, Gastro Care, Nebulisers, Aids and Adaptations and Ventilators.
Mental Impairment
Total Care specialises in Mental Health Issues including Alzheimers, Autism/Challenging behaviour. One in four of us will suffer with this at some point in our lives, together with family and professionals we provide the help and support you need to return to good health, or to improve your situation as much as possible. We focus on personalised care and support that is flexible and responsive to your changing needs.
Physical and Sensory Impairment
We work with your Physiotherapists, District Nurses, Doctors and any other health professional that is fundamental to your life. It is important for us to help you do things yourselves rather than doing them for you so your maintaining your dignity and independence. We are there to support you when things become challenging.
End of Life Care
We offer end of life support for the service user and family. Our trained staff find this challenging and emotional work very rewarding. They are here to help where and when required and this service is available from your carer and all Total Care staff.
