Support to aid independent living within your own home.
We understand the considerable benefits of living independently in one's home and the positive effect this has on a person's quality of life. Our objective is to provide the care necessary to make this possible. We work with a number of private and NHS healthcare organisations and hospitals and are trusted by both GPs and care professionals throughout West Yorkshire. We also work with all your local day centres and community activities: if you would like to participate we will arrange transport.
We can offer personal, physical and domestic support to young adults over the age of 18 through to the elderly. We provide in-home care and support to people with a large spectrum of different needs from Autism, Cerebral Palsy, ME, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Clinical Depression, physically disabled, mentally disabled, rehabilitation, operation recovery, those with cancer and end of life care.
To Total Care, you are an individual person with individual needs. Our service is a bespoke service tailored to those needs and providing help and service with what you require.
We are sympathetic to every situation and will try to point you in the right direction to receive the best possible payment alternatives for the best possible care.
